Rewards & Well-being Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Rewards & Well-being Intern in Singapore. The internship runs from January to June 2027 (at least 5 months full time) and supports the administration, communication and continuous improvement of rewards, benefits and well-being programmes. It suits students interested in HR, psychology, business, communications, employee experience or programme management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration of rewards and benefits programmes, including tracking updates, keeping records and preparing implementation materials
• Help prepare reports, dashboards and stakeholder updates
• Create content for programme rollouts, such as announcements, knowledge hub updates, briefing materials and programme guides
• Coordinate with people partners and other stakeholders, supporting meetings, follow-ups and alignment on timelines and action items
• Analyse market trends, survey data and employee feedback, and help turn findings into summaries and recommendations
• Monitor programme progress and feedback, and support evaluation and continuous improvement
• Take part in the interns engagement committee and help plan intern events

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with good organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
