Room Service Server – Guest Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Room Service Server to join our Guest Service team at a luxury hotel in Marina Bay. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering food and beverage service directly to guests’ rooms while upholding our high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear room service trays, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
• Interact with guests courteously, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Handle menu items, verify orders, and manage transactions.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces safely.
• Commitment to follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain a professional appearance.
