SaaS Sales Manager

About the role

GLEEMATICS, a SaaS company focused on helping businesses optimise their operations and grow, is looking for a SaaS sales manager in Singapore. The role leads and manages the sales team to meet and exceed targets, while working closely with marketing and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SaaS sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Coach and train sales team members and ensure customer satisfaction and retention through account management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in SaaS sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends and to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Sales forecasting and reporting.
