Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for retaining and growing existing cross‑border accounts while identifying new business opportunities in e‑commerce logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand existing cross‑border accounts, ensuring business retention and revenue sustainability.
• Monitor shipping trends, volume and revenue, providing regular updates to management.
• Negotiate contractual rates with clients to secure long‑term relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, delivering timely solutions and issue resolution.
• Generate new opportunities through cross‑selling of import & export services and manage inbound/outbound leads.
• Provide weekly pipeline and activity reports, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client challenges.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager, preferably in e‑commerce logistics or cross‑border trade.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently or within a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
