Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our supportive sales team. The role involves managing existing cross‑border accounts, driving retention and identifying new business opportunities in eCommerce logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing cross‑border accounts, monitoring shipping trends, volume and revenue.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contractual rates with clients to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain positive relationships as the main touchpoint for merchants and resolve issues promptly.
• Source new opportunities, cross‑sell product mix and develop a pipeline of at least 20% above plan.
• Handle domestic and international delivery leads, both inbound and outbound.
• Report weekly activities, pipeline strength and progress of potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal business units to address client challenges and deliver ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an Account Manager role, preferably in eCommerce logistics or cross‑border eCommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking skills.
