Sales Admin & Coordinator (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the role

We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused Sales Admin & Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. You will manage customer accounts, prepare quotations and invoices, and assist with marketing activities to ensure smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts in the company system.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Generate customer statements and assist with payment reconciliation.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and coordinate with internal departments for timely updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination duties.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and other duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• GCE O‑Level, A‑Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantage).
• Experience with CRM systems (advantage).
