Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury‑retail environment. You will support daily store operations, meet sales targets, and help build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following the Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social‑selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Execute personal sales plans and meet individual and team KPIs.
• Maintain the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; handle cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• POS operation (mobile POS, iPad, laptop).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Walkie‑talkie use.
• Social‑media savvy, including live‑stream shopping or video demos.
• Clienteling and data acquisition tools.
