About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to promote our digital technology courses. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or anyone eager to start a career in sales, offering the chance to develop client‑facing skills while helping learners upskill.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers and businesses interested in our digital tech courses.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, tailoring course recommendations to their needs.
• Use CRM software to track leads, monitor sales progress and produce regular performance reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Open to learning sales techniques; no prior experience required.
• Prior B2C/B2B sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
