Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will drive customer acquisition and support the sales pipeline for a handyman and construction services provider. You will engage prospects, manage enquiries across multiple channels, and ensure smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers through cold calling and outbound sales activities.
• Handle sales enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Create customer orders in the admin system and schedule appointments using Handyman apps.
• Prepare and issue quotations based on updates from the operations team.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Introduce the company portfolio and promote in‑house services.
• Coordinate with operations to clarify job scope, quotations, and address customer questions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service or a sales executive role.
• Experience in construction, handyman services, renovation, facilities management or related industries is preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive customer engagement.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a fast‑paced team.

What we offer

• Salary range SGD 2,800 – 4,000 per month.
• 0–20% monthly performance‑related pay.
• 2% monthly medical allowance.
• Yearly salary increment.
