Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at Kim Seng Huat Hardware. You will be responsible for managing quotations, sales orders and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders and related sales documents.
• Process customer orders and monitor order status.
• Liaise with customers on enquiries, deliveries and order requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and related documentation.
• Support the sales team in achieving departmental objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support or customer service.
• Experience in steel, metals, fabrication, construction materials or industrial trading is a strong advantage.
• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems or similar platforms.
