Sales Coordinator

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Singapore. The role focuses on growing the client base by sourcing and engaging potential customers, handling enquiries and closing sales for furniture, carpentry and home services.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source and engage potential customers to expand the client base, including cold calling.
• Handle all sales enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and email.
• Prepare quotations after receiving job details from the operations team, mainly for furniture and carpentry works, with some interior design projects.
• Follow up on quotations with customers to close sales.
• Share the company portfolio and explain in-house carpentry and home services to customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to clarify job scope, materials and quotation details when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in any field; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications.
• Willing to learn with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the furniture, carpentry, renovation or home services industry.

• 0-20% monthly performance-related pay.
