Sales Coordinator – Tuas (Singapore)

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in Tuas by handling daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth order processing and providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Process order acknowledgements, quotations, purchase orders and sales orders.
• Communicate delivery details and arrange shipments for customer requests.
• Provide timely support and care to existing clients.
• Handle inbound phone calls and in‑person inquiries.
• Perform general administrative sales tasks and ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum education: GCE "O" level or Nitec.
• Positive work ethic with a strong sense of accountability.
• Independent, resourceful and able to thrive in a hectic setting.
• Team player who can work with minimal supervision.
• Upbeat attitude and proactive problem‑solving approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
