Sales Development Representative (Singapore)

About the role

MemoryBlue is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Singapore team. In this role you will drive outbound prospecting for our B2B technology clients, focusing on generating qualified leads and setting up meetings across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50–70 outbound calls daily to initiate contact and schedule appointments on behalf of clients.
• Conduct continuous prospecting using LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources.
• Engage prospects via email and social media to book meetings with qualified leads.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing accounts, supporting account management activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience selling into or working with the Australian and/or New Zealand markets.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Experience using Discover.org or similar data‑enrichment tools.
