About the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is essential for driving top‑of‑funnel growth at Deel. Working within the SMB segment, the SDR identifies, engages, and qualifies prospective customers through both inbound and outbound prospecting, helping to build a robust sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities via email, phone, social channels, events and targeted campaigns.
- Research and qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges and readiness to engage.
- Educate prospects on Deel’s payroll and HR platform and uncover how it can solve their pain points.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and qualified leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities and support closing efforts.
Required profile
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Curiosity and a proactive attitude in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach activities and stay organized.
