Sales Director – APAC

About the role

Ezra is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its growth across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional sales strategy, building high‑impact client relationships, and driving revenue for our digital value services portfolio, which includes micropayments, airtime credit, and B2B lending solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an APAC sales plan aligned with global objectives, targeting revenue and market‑share goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct market segmentation, and define pricing and channel strategies.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with product, data, and risk teams to tailor solutions for regional customers.
• Monitor performance metrics, forecast sales pipelines, and report results to senior leadership.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing regional sales team.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles within FinTech or digital payments.
• Deep understanding of the APAC market dynamics and multicultural business environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
