Sales Director - Digital Media

About the role

Monks is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its Digital Media business in Singapore. You will work closely with enterprise brands, delivering consultative solutions that combine marketing technology and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the MD APAC and own the full sales pipeline for assigned accounts.
• Provide consultative expertise on platform capabilities, marketing strategy, and analytics for medium to large enterprises.
• Drive sales from prospecting to close, handling both outbound efforts and inbound referrals.
• Develop strategic account plans, manage customer relationships, and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead RFP/RFI processes, prepare compelling sales pitches, and coordinate with capability leads on growth strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in martech/adtech sales, preferably in new‑business roles targeting enterprise organizations across SEA.
• Proven ability to navigate cultural nuances and manage relationships in regional markets.
• Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills, especially for creating persuasive presentations and proposals.
