Sales Engineer – Vacuum Pumps

About the role

The successful candidate will develop and grow sales for our vacuum pump product range, meet sales targets and support business growth. Working closely with customers, you will understand application requirements, recommend suitable solutions and provide technical and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate vacuum pump solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate and support after‑sales service activities.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the engineering field.
• Experience in after‑sales service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
