Sales Executive – Beverage Sector

About the role

The Beverage Sales Executive will drive growth for Culina’s specialist food and wine portfolio across Singapore’s hospitality and retail channels. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with chefs, restaurant owners and purchasers, and delivering sales targets in the beverage segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the beverage category.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, purchasers and other industry stakeholders.
• Arrange and attend client meetings to showcase product offerings and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling customer complaints and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve results.
• Gather and relay customer or prospect feedback to relevant internal departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in food distribution, retail or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market with established connections in the food and hospitality sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work on an alternate Saturday schedule (5.25‑day week).
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to Singapore are a plus.
