Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in our freight forwarding business. Based in Tanjong Penjuru, you will promote our logistics solutions to new and existing customers across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Promote and sell freight forwarding services to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum ‘O’ Level or diploma.
• Positive attitude and self‑motivated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Training will be provided.
