Sales Executive – Junior Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our printing business in Upper Thomson. This junior position will focus on developing new client relationships and expanding sales with existing accounts while working closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to sales leads and enquiries, converting them into orders.
• Grow sales with existing and potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Identify, qualify, develop and secure new and existing accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, strategies and productivity based on inventory levels and customer plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare standard quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on customer payments, monitor accounts and address credit issues.
• Update sales data in the Navision system.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree or relevant professional qualification.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred.
• Professional, responsible and able to maintain integrity at work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable meeting new people regularly.

• Knowledge of the Navision system (advantageous)
