Sales Executive – SaaS/ICT Technology Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the growth of our SaaS, ICT and technology solutions in Singapore. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with key decision‑makers and promoting cloud security offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting end‑users, SMEs and organisations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client engagement, product demonstration, negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with decision makers, including business owners, IT leaders and security stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, webinars and presentations to promote cloud security solutions.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable security solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support campaigns, deployments and customer success.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and partner activities.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports and provide market insights to management.
• Assist with customer support issues and ensure timely payment collection.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in end‑user sales, SME‑focused technology sales or cloud‑based solutions sales.
• Experience in SaaS sales or business development is an advantage.
• Sales experience with POS hardware/software solutions is a plus.
• Sales experience with office automation hardware/software solutions is a plus.
