About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving aggressive customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will shape strategic sales plans, coach representatives, and ensure our company remains competitive and innovative in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and strengthens market presence.
• Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
• Build and nurture long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to senior management.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor market shifts, new products, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close.
• Strong business sense with industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people‑management skills.
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is beneficial.
