Sales Manager – Enterprise SaaS (IT/HR Tech)

About the role

The Sales Manager will own and drive revenue growth for our IT/HR technology portfolio, focusing on enterprise customers in Singapore. You will shape and execute a market‑specific sales strategy, lead large‑scale negotiations and act as the executive sponsor for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a Singapore‑focused enterprise sales strategy aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Acquire new clients and close complex, high‑value enterprise deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with CXO‑level stakeholders and act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
• Expand existing accounts through cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.
• Recruit, lead and scale a high‑performing sales team, setting KPIs and performance metrics.
• Coach the team on consultative, value‑based selling and ensure rigorous sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform revenue insights and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance and legal teams and provide market feedback to influence product strategy.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy and contract structuring while balancing growth targets with profitability and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, staffing or related enterprise services.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive sales performance.
