Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the key account portfolio for AMOS Supply, driving profitable growth across assigned customers. You will be responsible for meeting annual sales targets while building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve annual sales budgets for assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with global sales policies, processes and guidelines.
• Secure buy‑in from key customer stakeholders and maintain optimal relationships across account teams.
• Develop and deploy growth strategies in collaboration with Operations and Account Managers.
• Identify and pursue new and existing customers through lead generation, cold calls and regular visits.
• Manage customer contracts, conduct compliance checks and obtain necessary approvals.
• Review sales pipeline, top‑line revenue and margin performance using Salesforce and take corrective actions.
• Participate in regular review meetings with Head of Sales and support strategic business reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management and key‑account handling.
• Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor pipeline, revenue and margin performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
