Sales Manager

About the role

Viu, a leading pan‑regional OTT video streaming service, is looking for a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across its markets in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing effective strategies and expanding the SME client base.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertising agencies.
• Open new accounts, with a particular focus on the SME sector.
• Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, proposals and performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs such as client‑base growth, customer satisfaction, sales‑process efficiency and team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in media sales; digital advertising sales experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals.
• Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with advertising agencies and advertisers.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
