Sales Manager

About the role

W SPACE INDUSTRIAL is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to shape sales strategies, lead a high‑performing team and drive revenue growth across Singapore. The role involves close collaboration with clients, partners and internal stakeholders to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies, including special promotions and campaigns.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
• Prepare and monitor the sales department budget and approve expenditures.
• Track and analyze sales statistics using quantitative metrics.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Establish sales and revenue quotas and monitor staff performance.
• Research market changes and identify emerging opportunities.
• Nurture relationships with collaborators and clients.

Required profile

• Proven ability to set measurable sales goals, track performance and implement team‑wide incentive plans.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and uncover market trends.
• Experience designing and executing sales strategies, lead generation plans, territory assignments and upsell tactics.
• Mentoring and coaching experience to develop junior sales reps.
• Excellent relationship‑building and emotional‑intelligence skills for internal dynamics and client trust.
• Effective delegation and team‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
