Sales Manager - Print Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to promote Q’s Print’s large‑format printing and visual merchandising services. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored printing solutions.
• Present product portfolios, pricing and promotional offers clearly and persuasively.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on specifications.
• Upsell or cross‑sell additional services to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate order processing with the production team to ensure timely delivery.
• Track order status and keep customers informed throughout the fulfilment cycle.
• Resolve any issues related to orders, delivery or product quality promptly.
• Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the capacity to understand and meet client needs.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Preferably knowledgeable about printing products, processes and industry standards.
