Sales Manager – Restaurant Captain

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager for Restaurant Captain, a leading food‑and‑beverage operation on Jurong Island. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and expanding our market presence while leading a dynamic sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and meet targets by effectively managing the sales team.
• Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Develop and execute new sales plans and initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales, revenue, expense reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and stay informed on new products and competition.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing abilities at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
