Sales Manager (Satellite Communications)

About the role

The Satellite Communications team is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across Singapore. You will work closely with product, technical and network support teams to deliver tailored satellite subscription solutions to marine and shipping customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement business development plans and sales strategies for the Satellite Subscriptions (Airtime) portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to produce high‑quality proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Provide pre‑sales assistance and after‑sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Technical Manager to guarantee efficient delivery of systems and services.
• Handle customer enquiries together with the Network Support team and nurture existing relationships.
• Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals to advance sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a proven sales track record.
• Strong network and relationships within the marine and shipping industry, including ship captains, deck officers and procurement teams.
• Prior experience as a Radio Officer is an advantage.
