Sales Manager (Sea Freight)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive growth in our sea freight business. You will be based in Singapore and work closely with the Head of Sales to expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Source and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage customer enquiries, prepare freight quotations and coordinate shipments promptly and professionally.
- Participate in RFQs/tender submissions and negotiate competitive rates with overseas agents and local vendors.
- Achieve sales targets and support business development initiatives alongside the Head of Sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and ensure effective coordination across commercial activities.
Required profile
- Minimum A Level qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the sea freight sector.
- Comfortable working in a full‑hunter sales role.
- Existing client network within logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for reporting and client management.
