Sales Operations Executive – Junior

About the role

The Sales Operations Executive will support the sales team of a leading polymeric materials manufacturer. Based in Kallang, Singapore, you will work closely with operations, engineering and quality teams to deliver solutions for both existing and new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business leads with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle sales enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Follow up quotations, monitor sample and shipment schedules.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality to provide optimal customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales‑related documents such as quotations and enquiries.
• Perform any other sales‑related duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese business partners.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities with a forward‑thinking attitude.

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,800 per month.
• Variable performance bonus.
