Sales Operations Lead – Google Store

About the role

The Sales Operations Lead for the Google Store will drive the performance of Google’s direct‑to‑consumer channel across both online and physical retail environments. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape strategy, optimise retail pricing, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, operations, product, finance and legal teams to execute Google Store initiatives.
• Develop and manage channel strategy, commercial terms, and merchandising plans with carriers, retailers and distributors.
• Drive demand forecasting, pipeline management and retail rate recommendations.
• Own product lifecycle, promotional campaigns and retail product launches for Google‑branded hardware.
• Analyse sales data, conduct funnel and elasticity studies, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Maintain top‑notch in‑store and online presence to achieve market‑share targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce sales operations, demand forecasting, pipeline management or retail commercial operations.
• Hands‑on experience conducting quantitative analysis using data tools such as SQL and spreadsheets.
• Track record of managing product lifecycles, promotional campaigns or retail product launches.
• Ability to deliver business results despite challenges and a solid understanding of APAC e‑commerce trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation skills and the ability to build relationships across a matrixed organization.
• Detail‑oriented with strong project‑management and problem‑solving capabilities.
