Sales Service Engineer (Crane / Hoists System)

About the role

The Sales Service Engineer will promote and sell crane and hoist solutions across Singapore, primarily operating from our Tuas facility. You will combine technical knowledge with sales expertise to understand client needs, present product value and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for crane and hoist systems.
• Respond to client enquiries, conduct site visits and assess requirements.
• Communicate product benefits, propose solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Track sales activities, maintain customer interaction records and collaborate with marketing.
• Monitor market trends to support revenue growth and company objectives.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales or technical experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and crane/hoist equipment (preferred).
• Valid Singapore driving licence (preferred).
