Sales & Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Service Engineer to drive both sales and technical support for semiconductor capital equipment. You will work closely with wafer fab customers, R&D institutions and universities, delivering end‑to‑end solutions from quotation to after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for equipment, spare parts and consumables, handling existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Provide on‑site technical service, installation, start‑up and ongoing support for semiconductor capital equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve customer applications and service issues, ensuring effective solutions.
• Analyse schematic drawings and diagrams to troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics.
• Experience in sales or service within the wafer fab or semiconductor industry.
• Strong communication skills to engage clients and internal teams.
• Tenacity and perseverance to overcome sales and service challenges.
