Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team at Haji Kadir Foods in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, driving brand visibility, and ensuring excellent client service across retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the sales team’s daily activities, including product activations and marketing initiatives.
• Assist line managers with recruitment, training, and retention of a competent sales force.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, reports and tools for top management.
• Maintain client communication, manage contacts and provide feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Initiate sales strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
• Monitor and control marketing expenses within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvement measures.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure proper product display in malls, supermarkets and other sales points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field with a focus on marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and retain a high‑performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
