Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our daily sales operations across multiple product categories. The role involves driving the team to achieve targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day sales activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed individual and collective targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and customer demand.
• Assign sales territories or client accounts and manage coverage.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesale buyers, and strategic partners.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Support complex negotiations and assist the team with high‑value cases.
• Identify new sales opportunities and foster long‑term customer partnerships.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and occasional weekends or extra hours as needed.
