About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead and coach a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth daily operations. This role acts as a bridge between the frontline sales staff and senior management, focusing on customer satisfaction and performance tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Optimize daily sales operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Resolve customer escalations and act as the primary point of contact for complex issues.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage inventory related to sales activities and coordinate with relevant departments.
Required profile
- Middle‑management experience in a sales environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
