Sales Support Engineer – Mechanical/Electrical (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level position supports customers with enquiries and quotations for cooling‑water equipment. You will develop technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, attend clarification, kick‑off and troubleshooting meetings, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and RFQs for cooling‑water related equipment.
• Gain operational knowledge of mechanical and electrical cooling‑water systems.
• Participate in clarification, kick‑off and troubleshooting meetings with the Customer Service Section and clients.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on site project activities.
• Address on‑site issues efficiently, including troubleshooting.
• Prepare and update project designs and drawings using AutoCAD 2D.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Sound mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Computer literate.
• Experience with air‑conditioning or refrigeration systems is an advantage.

• Competitive salary SGD 3,000 – 4,200 per month.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, alternate Saturdays.
