Sales Support – Kaki Bukit (SGD 2,500‑3,200/month)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support professional to join our team in Kaki Bukit. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders.
• Process purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Manage and track sales transactions and related documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve order issues and answer product‑related questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order, delivery and billing flow.
• Assist in preparing reports, sales documents and tender submissions.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations and vendor events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
