SAP FICO Consultant (Manager and Above)

About the role

PwC's advisory practice is looking for an SAP FICO consultant at manager level and above to contribute to business process improvement and ERP (SAP S/4HANA) enablement initiatives. The position is part of an active talent pool for upcoming opportunities, and shortlisted candidates will be considered first when the role opens.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business needs analysis with client teams and stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define the 'to-be' state of processes, solution requirements and performance measures.
• Assist and perform deployment activities and measure results.
• Take part in large-scale multi-site SAP FICO implementations and other transformational change efforts such as efficiency initiatives and organisational restructuring.
• Support the pursuit team in winning tenders, building proposals and delivering projects.

Required profile

• Recognised bachelor's degree.
• 6 to 12 years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services firm or as an internal consultant.
• Minimum of three end-to-end implementation projects.
• Proven track record as a workstream lead and team leader, with coaching and feedback skills.
• Willingness to travel in the region when required.

Required skills

• Hands-on functional configuration and design of SAP Finance/FICO.
• SAP S/4HANA conversion, implementation, upgrade and rollout experience.
• End-to-end integration with other modules such as SD/MM/EWM/PP/TRM/Ariba/SuccessFactors/Concur/SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Complex business process development and problem-solving in an SAP environment.
