SAP Functional Lead – Fusion Programme (Cross‑Functional + Project Management)

About the role

The SAP Functional Lead will drive end‑to‑end functional design and delivery for the Fusion programme across APAC markets. Reporting to the SAP Enterprise Lead, the role blends deep SAP functional knowledge with project‑management capabilities to ensure alignment, quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership across OTC, S2P, PTM and R2R, reviewing designs, WRICEF objects and integration points.
• Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, RAID management and coordinate deliverables across functional streams and vendors.
• Oversee scenario validation, data migration, master‑data mapping and cleansing, working closely with Regional Data Leads.
• Engage business teams in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia to gather requirements, support UAT, training and change impact assessments.
• Triage functional defects, collaborate with ABAP, CPI/BTP teams for root‑cause analysis and ensure high‑quality documentation and sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of at least two to three SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI/CO) and broad understanding of other modules.
• 3‑5 years of project‑management or PMO experience in SAP programmes, including RAID, sprint and multi‑stream delivery.
• Experience with data migration cycles, master‑data governance and cross‑tower dependencies.
• Ability to coordinate vendors and offshore/onshore teams and communicate effectively with business and global stakeholders.
