SAP Global Trade Services Solution Architect

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a SAP Global Trade Services Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of SAP GTS (E4H) solutions that meet trade compliance requirements for its global business.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand trade compliance requirements and design SAP GTS solutions.
• Architect and design complex business processes across cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and guide technical teams.
• Configure SAP GTS modules and integrate them with SAP ECC, CRM and S/4HANA.
• Oversee solution build, testing, deployment and lifecycle upgrades.
• Provide production support, root‑cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Lead global cross‑functional projects, including offshore team members, within scope, budget and timeline.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience as a SAP GTS Functional Analyst or Solution Architect.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP GTS modules such as Sanctioned Party Screening, Customs Management, Product Classification, Trade Preference Management, Bonded Warehouse and Foreign Trade Zone.
• Proven experience integrating SAP E4H with ECC, CRM and S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional and global delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
