SAP Manager, Finance

About the role

Lead the implementation of SAP Finance solutions, focusing on S/4HANA projects, to transform Scoot’s financial operations. You will oversee system design, data migration and ensure seamless delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full‑lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects from initiation through stabilization.
• Coordinate change and integration requirements with interfaced systems and oversee migration of financial data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Drive end‑to‑end project lifecycles using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, identifying and mitigating finance‑process, integration and migration risks.
• Support post‑implementation enhancements, maintain operational efficiency and govern application maintenance and steady‑state support.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, cross‑functional teams and finance stakeholders to define requirements, conduct workshops and ensure seamless system integration.
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships, contracts, milestones and deliverables to achieve project objectives.
• Represent finance in steering committees, workshops and status updates, leading change‑management and adoption of new finance processes.
• Facilitate business‑as‑usual operations, continuous improvement and effective use of the SAP system by finance teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience managing SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations with a strong project‑management focus.
• Proven experience in finance systems integration and data migration.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to lead large cross‑functional teams, including external vendors.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and alignment with SAP solutions.
