Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead to drive organic search performance for our clients. You will lead a group of search marketing professionals, shape strategy, and ensure delivery of measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of SEO specialists, handling onboarding and training.
• Develop and execute organic search strategies, conduct website audits, and oversee link‑building initiatives.
• Optimize content for traditional and AI‑driven search experiences and monitor visibility metrics.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to present strategies, results, and support business development.
• Prepare performance reports, track campaign progress, and recommend improvements.
• Improve workflows, explore automation opportunities, and contribute to departmental continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in organic search marketing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO practices.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search technologies and emerging trends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and drive team performance.
