Securities & Fiduciary Services Project Business Analyst

About the role

This Associate/Analyst, Securities & Fiduciary Services Project Business Analyst position sits in Group Operations, which manages the majority of the bank's operational processes across banking delivery channels. It reports to the Operation Project Management Team Lead and works with Regional Product, Technology and Operations teams, covering change management and quality deliverables within project timelines. The role may take part in GenAI and DocAI initiatives to reduce manual operational work.

Key responsibilities

• Collate and manage the details of applications for the assigned business vertical, including systems interfaces, data posted and data held.
• Support users with business queries and guidance on using the system during daily business-as-usual activities.
• Understand project scope and changes, support the Project Manager in impact assessments, and document the rationale for projects with no impact.
• Ensure designs align with the strategic data flow strategy, collate and rationalise stakeholder requirements and walk them through with the team.
• Partner in solutioning, considering long-term standardisation, design for no operations and front-end configuration.
• Assess and propose testing approaches and sign-off criteria, then perform UAT, manage UAT timelines, batch runs and re-runs, and oversee tester results.
• Document data flow, design, solutioning and testing approaches in the predefined templates.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in financial services, preferably in project management or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of securities processing and fiduciary services operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
