About the role

JurongHealth Campus, comprising Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Community Hospital, is looking for a Security Officer on a regular or contract basis. The post holder is responsible for guarding the premises, investigating incidents and supporting hospital operations.

Key responsibilities

Check all security-related equipment before and after shift, and during regular patrols, and assist in locating incidents and helping staff
Investigate cases brought to attention and interview relevant parties
Alert on and flag fire safety hazards immediately
Facilitate mortuary transfer procedures within the hospital
Take part in security exercises and drills
Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer

Required profile

Minimum GCE 'N' Level with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Valid security licence registered with the Police Regulatory Department (PRD)
Willingness to work two rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
Willingness to work overtime to cover shortfalls if required
