Semiconductor Equipment Order/Revenue Management Specialist

About the role

Applied Materials is looking for a high-performing Order/Revenue Management Specialist in Singapore to support complex, high-value semiconductor equipment orders. This customer-facing role works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing and Logistics, owning and managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for semiconductor capital equipment with accuracy, compliance and a strong customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer forecasts in ERP systems and customer supplier portals
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics so that customer requirements and stakeholder commitments are met
• Create and maintain sales opportunities, quotations and sales orders in SAP CRM
• Handle complex customer inquiries and drive resolutions independently
• Review order and shipment documentation for compliance with tax, trade and internal policy requirements
• Coordinate shipment readiness across multiple global sites to support on-time delivery and revenue recognition
• Ensure documentation is secured and retained to support billing, revenue recognition and audits
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement projects

Required profile

• Experience in order management, project coordination or customer operations, ideally in semiconductor, manufacturing or technology environments
• Sales support experience and background in forecast/demand planning
• Understanding of contract management and entitlement processes
• Ability to collaborate across functions and proactively manage risks
• Leadership: acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects

Required skills

• ERP systems, with SAP preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail with an understanding of the broader business context

The role is full time, with travel of about 10% of the time and relocation eligibility. It is based in Upper Changi, Singapore.
