About the role
We are looking for an entry‑level Semiconductor Fabrication Operator to join our wafer production line. The role involves performing core wafer fabrication tasks under close supervision, ensuring that equipment and processes run within defined control parameters.
Key responsibilities
- Operate fabrication equipment for alignment, masking, etch and diffusion steps.
- Calibrate and run process equipment in a clean‑room environment.
- Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures and document work output.
- Collaborate with the team to share information and maintain production flow.
Required profile
- Less than 1 year of related experience or recent graduate.
- Ability to work under detailed instructions and close supervision.
- Strong attention to routine tasks and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to learn job‑specific techniques and company policies.
Required skills
- Operation of wafer alignment, masking, etching and diffusion equipment.
- Process calibration and basic troubleshooting.
