Senior Account Manager - AI Industry

About the role

Arros Ai, a leading innovator in the artificial intelligence industry, is looking for a Senior Account Manager in Singapore. The role centres on building and growing key client relationships and expanding the client base through collaboration with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, meeting and exceeding their needs
• Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to expand the client base
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver AI solutions tailored to client requirements
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity and give strategic advice
• Prepare and present detailed account reports, progress and forecasts to senior management
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit and ensure client satisfaction
• Lead and mentor junior account managers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience, preferably in the AI or technology industry
• Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
