Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth across the Greater Asia region.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets and achieve annual targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial innovation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary commercial contact.
• Understand customer strategies, brand priorities and innovation roadmaps.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from brief to commercialization with cross‑functional coordination.
• Monitor market trends and competition to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
• Excellent olfactive communication skills (discrimination, description, odor memory).
• Ability to identify market‑relevant fragrances and understand functional and technical capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of consumer markets and industry trends.
